A refined mix of tradition and innovation, of rural traditions, and a touch of southern flair... This is also true of our cuisine, which offers the best of regional products. The perfect combination of our own restaurant and our own farm contributes to the culinary offer: veal, lamb and baby lamb products on our menu like for example home-made lamb jelly, lamb sausages, goat roast or goat cheese with elder vinegar. Fish lovers will be spoiled with trouts and chars from our own fish pond with drinking water quality.
We use natural products from our own farm and partner farmers from the Stubai Valley. Hence, highest quality is always guaranteed.
When our grandma came from South Tyrol with only eight spoons to take over the guesthouse, guests were still being transported with carriages. We are very proud, that locals also still visit our guesthouse. "Der Hoferwirt" is truly a Tyrolean inn where guests and locals can have a nice conversation with a good glass of wine, beer and traditional dishes.
We have space for up to 150 people.
Our goat cheese and fresh milk is especially tasty when consumed at the place of production, Tschangelair Hut, which is part of our hotel. We welcome you to our cosy wood-panelled "Stube" rooms!
